3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Paddle). Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our Service. Refund requests must be submitted through our support channels. Credits that have been used are non-refundable.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to SocialAPI remain our exclusive property. You retain ownership of any applications you build using our API.

9. Limitation of Liability

SocialAPI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
