1. Overview

At SocialAPI, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund on your purchase.

Customers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no significant usage of the service has occurred.

Refunds are processed in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund.

2.2 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • This must be your first subscription with SocialAPI
  • You must not have violated our Terms of Service
  • API usage must be reasonable (not excessive abuse)

3. Credit Purchases

For one-time credit purchases:

  • Unused credits: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
  • Partially used credits: Prorated refund for unused credits within 14 days
  • Fully used credits: No refund available once credits are consumed

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 14 days from purchase
  • Subscription renewals (only first-time purchases qualify)
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Credits that have already been used
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without contacting us first

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@socialapi.store with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Provide your order/transaction ID
  4. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

7. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to your Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time in the current billing period
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

8. Free Trial

If you signed up for a free trial:

  • You will not be charged during the trial period
  • Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
  • If charged after trial, the 14-day refund policy applies from the charge date

9. Disputes

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
